What could our builder do? Perhaps:
- Be a living-wage employer.
- Demonstrate low-waste construction methods.
- Use an efficient team-based approach. Could a builder use a scrum-based approach to building?
- Have contract arrangements and guarantees that go above and beyond the industry norm.
- Be a B-Corp company.
