What is 'good' when it comes to housing? What's the goal of residential property anyway?
Over several years, I've talked to lots of people about how we live - in a physical environment sense - we all seem to carry around a list in our heads titled something like "What Good Living At Home Looks Like". What is also obvious, is that our lists have different things on them, and/or are prioritised differently.
It's an opportunity for discussions that go "Yes, and..." not "Yes, but..." Lets start those conversations.
